Help Identify An Assault Suspect

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following unknown male individual, wanted for questioning in connection to an assault, which took place within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

On Friday, November 13, 2020, at approximately 1620 hours, in front of 4396 Furman Avenue, a 15-year-old male victim got into a verbal dispute with an unknown male individual that escalated into a physical confrontation. The individual then brandished a firearm and discharged rounds at the victim striking him in the right arm.

The individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.

EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi in stable condition.

The individual being sought for this incident is described as a male, 20-30 years in age.

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
