The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following male, who is wanted for questioning in connection with an assault, which took place in the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following was reported to police.
At approximately 1930 hours on Sunday, September 27, 2020, at 928 Morris Avenue (bodega), a 39-year-old male clerk was struck with a firearm by an unknown male during a verbal dispute.
The male fled on foot, and the clerk was transported to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a male, Black, 30-40-years old, approximately 5’4″ tall, weighing 160-180 lbs.
