The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault, that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
The following was reported to police.
On Sunday, June 14, 2020, at 2300 hours, in front of 1328 Commonwealth Avenue, a 37-year-old male victim was engaged in a dispute with an unidentified male. The male proceeded to fire his weapon striking the victim in the abdomen, before fleeing in unknown direction.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
