The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the two unidentified males, who are seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who are sought in connection with an assault (non-fatal shooting), which took place within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, October 19, 2020, at 0705 hours, inside of Mixtec, a restaurant, located at 2345 Jerome Avenue, Unidentified Male #1 and Unidentified Male #2 entered, Unidentified Male #1 produced a handgun and discharged it, striking the victim, a 30-year-old male, one time in his left arm and one time in his left leg.

Unidentified Male #1 and Unidentified Male #2 fled.

The victim was transported by EMS to St. Barnabas in stable condition.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspects are attached and available at DCPI.
