The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a criminal sexual act, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, November 08, 2021, at approximately 1435 hours, inside of Crotona Park, a 13-year-old child victim was walking home after school when an unknown individual approached the child. The individual grabbed the child, threw it to the ground and forcibly removed the victim’s leggings. The individual proceeded to sexually assault the victim.
Before the individual fled, he removed the victim’s cell phone.
EMS responded and removed the victim to an area hospital for medical evaluation, where the child was treated and subsequently released.
The individual is described as an adult male, Black, apprximately in his late 20s, with a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, black jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers and a black hat.
