The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male in the attached photographs and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a sex abuse incident, which took place within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

The details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on Sunday, July 26, 2020, at 2300 hours, in the vicinity of Elder Avenue and Watson Avenue, a 26-year-old female returned home when she was approached by an unknown male individual who followed her into her building.

Once inside the male attempted to remove the victim’s shirt. The victim fought back which caused the male individual to exit the building and flee on foot to parts unknown.

The victim was not injured and refused medical attention at the scene.

The individual is described as a male, Hispanic, 20-30 years of age.

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
