The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a criminal sex act, that occurred within the confines of the 83rd Precinct in Brooklyn.
The following was reported to the police.
On Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 0015 hours, on the corner of Cooper Street and Central Avenue, a 29-year-old female victim was walking to a local bodega when an unidentified male approached her and demanded a sex act. The victim refused and the male proceeded to force the victim’s hand on the male’s exposed private parts.
The victim was able to flee unharmed and the male left the location.
