The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in Bronx.
A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1–800–577–TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1–888–57–PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.

Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, June 24, 2019 at 0416 hours, a 26-year-old female victim was walking in front of 1364 Jerome Ave when an unidentified male engaged her in conversation. Once the female refused his advances, the male punched her in the face and removed her cell phone. The male fled the scene in unknown direction with the victim’s cell phone. The victim sustained pain and redness to the face.
