Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals depicted in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx / Transit District 12.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at approximately 1200 hours, at the 3rd Avenue and 138th Street subway station, the 20-year-old male victim boarded the “6” train when the unidentified male made the statement “I know you from somewhere” and began punching the victim multiple times about the head and face. During the course of the assault, the victim dropped his cell phone at which time the male picked up the phone fled in unknown direction while at the station. The victim was removed by EMS to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition where he was treated for bruises and contusions.

The person wanted for questioning is described as a male Hispanic, 25-30 years old; last seen wearing black skull hat, black coat, tan Khaki pants and black shoes.
