The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to an assault and a robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Friday, January 21, 2022, at approximately 2020 hours, inside of a building lobby, located in the vicinity of Kingsbridge Road and Morris Avenue, a 66-year-old male victim was approached by an unknown individual. The individual pushed the victim against the wall and repeatedly punched him multiple times.
The individual successfully removed the victim’s cellphone and fled on foot to parts unknown.
The victim suffered minor injuries and pain to the right side of his face.
The individual is described as an adult male in his 20s, Black.
He was last seen wearing a camouflage jacket with an orange interior lining, a black hooded sweatshirt with a graphic design on the front, dark colored pants and dark colored sneakers.
