The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is sought in connection to a robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at approximately 2242 hours, an unknown male individual entered 901 Walton Avenue (Yankee Deli Grocery) and engaged in a verbal dispute with a 22-year-old male victim. The individual proceeded to make physical threats to the victim and left without paying for his merchandise.
The individuals fled on foot, northbound on Walton Avenue.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as an adult male, Black, approximately 30-40 years of age, 5’09”-5’11” tall, weighing 170 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, black shorts, a black and white baseball cap.
