The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male individual l, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs in connection to a commercial robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, July 06, 2020, at approximately 1710 hours, inside 99 E. 149th Street (gas station), an unidentified male individual entered the location and removed red bull drinks from inside the refrigerator and place it inside his pants. As the male individual was exiting the store, a 37-year-old male victim attempted to retrieve the property from individual. The individual then struck the victim in the face with a close fist and fled on foot to parts unknown with approximately 10 red bull drinks.
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
The individual is described as a dark-skinned male, approximately 25 to 35 years-of age, with short black hair and last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweatshirt, light-colored sweatpants with black stripes on side and purple sneakers.
