The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached photo wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police on Thursday, September 12, 2019, in the vicinity of College Avenue and E. 146th Street, at approximately 1646 hours, a 27-year-old male victim was walking up the stairs to his residence when an unidentified male with a knife approached the victim and demanded property. The victim complied and the male fled the location with $600 and cell phone.

The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.

Surveillance photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
