The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photos wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at approximately 1440 hours, at the corner of E. 154th Street and Elton Avenue, a 27-year-old female victim was walking on the sidewalk when she was approached from behind by an unidentified male. The male displayed a knife and removed a shopping bag from the victim before fleeing westbound on E. 154th Street. The victim’s shopping bag contained a wallet with $1,300 inside.
