The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the males depicted in the attached surveillance video and photos wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery in the confines of the 43rd Precinct in Bronx.

The details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, October 06, 2019 at approximately 1600 hours, a 16-year-old male victim was walking in front of 1265 Virginia Avenue, when five individuals (one apprehended) approached him from behind and removed his cellphone. The individuals then fled on foot to parts unknown.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

Individual #1 is described as a male, Black or Hispanic, approximately 12 to 16 years of age, slim build, black hair and last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweater with a white stripe, blue torn jeans, white sneakers and was using a black cane.

Individual #2 is described as a male, Black or Hispanic, approximately 12 to 16 years of age, brown hair, medium build and last seen wearing a black sweater with a hoodie, tan pants and white and black sneakers.

Individual #3 is described as a male, Black or Hispanic, approximately 12 to 16 years of age, black hair, medium build and last seen wearing a gray hoodie sweater, blue jogging pants with white stripes on the sides, light blue and white sneakers and carrying a black book bag.

Individual #4 is described as a male, Black or Hispanic, approximately 12 to 16 years of age, black hair with a pony tail on top, slim build and last seen wearing all blue jogging suit, white sneakers and carrying a red book bag.

Individual #5 is identified as a male, Black, 15-years-old and was arrested and charged with Robbery and Harassment.
