The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two individuals depicted in the attached surveillance video and photos wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at approximately 0240 hours, in the vicinity of Tinton Avenue and East 149th Street, a 37 year old male victim was approached from by two an unidentified individuals who displayed a knife and demanded his property. The individuals removed the victim’s cell phone and fled on foot east bound on East 146th. The victim was uninjured. The victim’s phone had an estimated value of $300.
The individuals wanted for questioning are described as male, Hispanics, in their late teens or early 20’s, one last seen wearing all dark clothing, the second wearing all red clothing.
Surveillance photos and video of the individuals were taken from the vicinity of the incident location, after the incident, and are available at DCPI.
