The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the two unidentified males, seen in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who are sought in connection with a robbery, which occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, September 18, 2021, at 2118 hours, inside of McLean Deli & Groceries, located at 522 E. 240th Street, Unidentified Male #1 and Unidentified Male #2 entered the premises.
Unidentified Male #1 produced a small rifle and Unidentified Male #2 produced a knife.
The unidentified males demanded cash from the 40-year-old male worker, a 61-year-old male patron and a 41-year-old male patron.
The unidentified males fled on foot with $3,000 and seven packs of Newport cigarettes, valued at $108 from the business, $10 from the 61-year-old male and $880 from the 41-year-old male.
No shots were fired and there were no injuries.
