Help Identify A Reckless Endangerment Suspect

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to a reckless endangerment, which occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

On Wednesdsy, September 04, 2021, at approximately 0030 hours, the individual displayed a firearm and discharged it at least one time in the vicinity of E. 173rd Street and Southern Boulevard.

No victims were located.

The individual is described as an adult male, Black, wearing a black jacket, a white t-shirt, a dark colored baseball cap, and white and black sneakers.

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
