The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached photograph, who is wanted for questioning regarding a public lewdness incident, that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Sunday, September 06, 2020, at approximately 2225 hours, a 22-year-old female complainant observed an unidentified male publicly masturbate while on board a northbound 6 train in the vicinity of the Morrison-Soundview train station.
The individual is described as a male, Black, approximately 5’10” tall, in his late 20s, with a medium complexion, and a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, a black shirt, maroon pants and gray sneakers.
