The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a public lewdness incident, which occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at approximately 0200 hours, inside of the Gun Hill Road 2 / 5 subway station, the individual approached the 40-year-old female victim, an on-duty MTA booth agent, while she sat inside of an MTA booth.
The individual then exposed his penis and masturbated, while staring at her.
The individual walked out of the station and fled westbound on E. Gun Hill Road.
The individual is described as a 20- to 30-year-old male, Black, aporoximately 6’00” tall, weighing 250 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a gold du-rag, a pink, blue and yellow long sleeved shirt, light colored pants and white sneakers.
