On Sunday, March 31, 2019, at approximately 0354 hours, police responded to a 911 call of shots fired in the vicinity of E. 138th Street and Lincoln Avenue, in the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx

Help Identify A Homicide Suspect

Upon arrival, officers encountered three males with varying degrees of injuries. EMS also responded to the scene and removed a 29-year-old male with stab wounds to his torso, and a 27-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the torso and a stab wound to his face, to Lincoln Hospital where the 29-year-old was pronounced deceased. A 30-year-old male with a stab wound to the face was removed to Harlem Hospital in serious but stable condition. In addition, a 31-year-old male and a 33-year-old male were taken into custody; charges against them are pending. The preliminary investigation determined that the three victims were assaulted in front of 256 E. 138 Street following a dispute.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in locating and identifying a third male wanted for questioning in regard to the below described homicide.
