The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual and vehicle, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, wanted in connection to a hit-and-run incident, that occurred within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, May 09, 2021, at approximately 0130 hours, in the vicinity of E. 222nd Street and Boston Road, a gray “Audi” sedan, operated by the individual, ignored a steady red traffic light and struck a “Honda” SUV, operated by one of the victims, a 20-year-old male.

The individual exited his car and entered a silver “Audi” sedan and fled the scene southbound on Boston Road.

The 20-year-old operator suffered internal injuries and his 19-year-old female passenger suffered minor injuries; both were transported to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln by EMS.  

The individual is described as a male, Black, in his 20s; last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater with the word “RAW” on the front, blue jeans and black sneakers.
