The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photos wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at approximately 1030 hours, a 51-year-old female left her iPhone 11 Max unattended on the front counter of the McDonald’s restaurant located at 2870 Third Avenue. Upon leaving the area, an unknown individual removed the cell phone from the counter and fled the location on foot.
There were no injuries or interactions as a result of this incident.
The individual is described as an adult female, 20’s-30’s, medium build with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing black sneakers, grey pants, a grey sweatshirt and a grey/white/black jacket with a multi-colored baseball cap; she was also carrying a Target bag, an over-the-shoulder black purse and a large cup of McDonald’s coffee.
