The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached video for a grand larceny that occurred within the 44 Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on August 27, 2019 at 1325 hours a 30 year-old female and her 7-year-old daughter were entered their building, located in the vicinity of the Grand Concourse and E. 165 Street, and heading up to their apartment when the individual approached them and asked if they needed help carrying their groceries. When the mother refused his offer the individual snatched gold necklaces from the mother and her daughter before fleeing the scene.
