The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached video wanted for questioning in connection to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at approximately 2315 hours, in front of 830 East 163rd Street, a 24 year old victim secured his electric scooter in front of the location. A short time later, an unknown male individual approached the scooter, broke the lock securing the scooter and fled with the scooter to parts unknown. The vehicle is described as a 2012 Toyota scooter that is red and black in color. The scooter had an estimated value of $1,200.
The individuals are described as a male, Hispanic, approximately 20-30 years of age, last seen wearing a white shirt and dark pants.
