The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the male individual in the attached surveillance photos who is wanted in connection for a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 49 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at approximately 1700 hours, in the vicinity of Lydig Avenue and Wallace Avenue, a 70 year old male victim was entering his residence when an unknown male individual did approach him from behind and forcibly removed the victim’s two necklaces and fled on foot westbound on Lydig Avenue. The two necklaces had an estimated value of $65. No injuries were reported in this incident.
The individual is described as a male, Black, 20-30 years of age, with long black dreadlocks, last seen wearing a dark colored shirt, gray pants and red shoes.
