The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph in connection to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx/ Transit District 12.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Friday February 8, 2019, at approximately 0643 hours, inside of a southbound “6” train, the individual rubbed his groin against the 15-year-old female victim’s buttocks. The victim and the individual exited the train at the Hunts Point Avenue station where the individual fled on foot in an unknown direction. On Friday February 15, 2019, at approximately 0733 hours, inside of the Parkchester Avenue “6” subway station, the victim saw the individual board a southbound “6” train and took his picture with her cell phone.
The individual is described as a male, Hispanic, 60 to 70 years old, 6’0″, with salt and pepper hair; last seen wearing a dark colored coat, a white collared shirt and a dark colored tie.
