The New York Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is sought in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following incident has been reported to police.
On Wednesday, December 08, 2021, at approximately 1515 hours, an unidentified male individual approached a 42-year-old female victim from behind, as she was walking at the corner of E. 169th Street and Jerome Avenue, and grabbed her buttocks with his hand.
The male individual then fled on foot to parts unknown.
The female victim was not injured as a result of the incident.
The individual is described as an adult male in his mid-20s, Black, with a medium build, and bald.
He was last seen wearing a multi-color jacket, multi-color hoodie, dark pants, and dark sneakers with purple laces.
