On Sunday, September 29, 2024, at approximately 0107 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at 2693 Morris Avenue, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the left arm and chest. Police also observed a 36-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his left arm and wrist.
EMS responded and transported the 33-year-old male to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
EMS also transported the 36-year-old male to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he remains in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
