The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is sought in connection to a forcible touching incident, which occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

On Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at approximately 1920 hours, the individual approached the 16-year-old female victim from behind, as she was exiting the Kingsbridge Road B and D train subway station, and grabbed her buttocks.

The male individual then fled the location, on foot, in an unknown direction.

The female victim was not injured as a result of the incident.

A surveillance photograph of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782).
