Help Identify A Forcible Touching Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male who is seen in the attached video and is sought in connection with a forcible touching within the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 2220 hours, the victim, a 15-year-old female, was walking westbound on East Burnside Avenue near the intersection of Grand Concourse, when an unidentified male approached from behind and grabbed the victim’s buttocks. The unidentified male fled on foot.

The unidentified male is black, 5’10” and 180 lbs.
