The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photographs, who is wanted in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 43 Precinct / Transit District 12 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, November 06, 2020, at approximately 0810 hours, inside of the Lawrence Avenue 6 subway station, the individual followed the 11-year-old female victim as she walked up the stairs to the station and touched her buttocks.

The victim was frightened by the assault and ran up to the station.

The individual fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction.

The individual is described as a light-skinned male, who wore a black bandanna on his head, a blue surgical mask, a dark green jacket, a blue shirt, dark colored pants, black boots and he had on an orange backpack.

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
