The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photograph regarding a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, April 21, 2020, at 1900 hours, inside a residential building located in the vicinity of E. 163 Street and Union Avenue, a 17-year-old female victim entered her building followed by an unknown individual. Once inside, the individual grabbed her buttocks, placed his hand over her mouth and began to forcibly touch her upper torso area. The victim was able to break free and started yelling. The individual fled the scene onto Union Avenue.
There are no injuries reported as a result of the incident.
The individual is described as an adult male, dark complexion, medium build approximately 5’5″ tall, weighing 160 lbs., with short black hair and a mustache.
He last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black sneakers, a black backpack and gray pants.
