The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the male in the attached photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to a forcible touching incident, which took place within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

On Tuesday April 21, 2020, at 1940 hours it was reported to police that in the vicinity of Creston Avenue an unknown male engaged a 16-year-old female in conversation and grabbed her buttocks.

He is described as a male, 5’10, 160 lbs., with a ponytail, who was last seen wearing a red hat and beige jacket.

Surveillance photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
