The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo in regard to a forcible touching incident that occurred within the confines of the 41 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 06:45 a.m., in front of the bodega located at 1048 Westchester Avenue, an unknown individual approached a 31-year-old female victim and did forcibly touch the victim’s buttocks. The victim yelled and the individual fled the scene, last observed heading in the direction of Hoe Avenue and East 165 Street. There are no reported injuries incurred.
The individual is described as a male Hispanic, light complexion, approximately 160 lbs., 5’6″ tall with short, straight brown hair. He last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a grey “Ecko” t-shirt, blue and white sneakers and a black backpack.
