The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in regard to a criminal mischief incident, that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on Friday, December 18, 2020, at approximately 1108 hours, in front of 1741 Lafayette Avenue, an unknown male individual approached the front of MTA Bus #688 and struck the windshield with his scooter, causing it to shatter.

The individual then fled the location on his scooter to parts unknown.

A 56-year-old male victim (Bus Operator) was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi with minor injuries to his eyes, after being struck by debris.

The individual, being sought for this incident, is described as a light skinned male, approximately 30-35 years of age, 5’6″ tall; last seen wearing a blue denim jacket, blue jeans and black sneakers.
