The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, wanted for questioning in connection to a burglary, that occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to the police.
On Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at approximately 2330 hours, in the vicinity E. 162 Street and Melrose Avenue, an unidentified male gained entry to the building by pushing through a window.
Once inside, he removed two laptops valued at approximately $2,000 and fled in an unknown direction.
A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
