The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the individual in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted for questioning in connection to a burglary within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following was reported to the police.
On Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at approximately 0925 hours, inside 238 E. 161st Street (grocery / bodega), a 58-year-old male employee entered the location and discovered the side door lock was damaged.
Subsequent investigation determined that at approximately 0235 hours the same day, an unidentified person gained entry and removed 10 cases of Heineken before fleeing.
