Help Identify A Burglary Suspect

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip,who is sought in connection to a burglary, which occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Friday, September 17, 2021, at approximately 1215 hours, at a business, located at 807 Zerega Avenue, the individual entered the location and inquired about employment. Once inside, the individual removed $3,150.

The individual is described as a 30- to 35-year-old male, Black, with a slim build.

He was last seen wearing black sunglasses, a red sweatshirt, black vest, gray sweatpants and a black baseball hat.

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
