The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a burglary, which occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at approximately 1800 hours, in the vicinity 551 Rosedale Avenue (Soundview Houses), the individual opened an unlocked door of a USPS truck, which was parked and unoccupied.
Once inside, the individual removed multiple packages.
The individual fled the scene on foot into the Soundview Houses.
A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
