Help Arrest David Willis, 22

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in arresting David Willis, 22, depicted in the attached photo in regard to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 47 Precinct in Bronx/ TD-12.

The details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on December 6, 2018 at 12:05 p.m. a 54 year-old male MTA employee was cleaning inside of a #5 train at the Dyre Avenue train station when the individual approached him and began to punch the victim about the head. The victim sustained laceration to his head and was transported to Montefiore Hospital North where he was treated.

The suspect has been identified as David Willis who is a black male, 22 years-old, 5’6″, 150 lbs. and with black hair.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782).
