On Thursday, September 03, 2020, at approximately 1840 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 2-03 Borden Avenue, within the confines of the 108th Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 25-year-old male, who was shot once in the stomach and subsequently transported to Cornell University Hospital, via EMS, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 26-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at 1020 hours, within the confines of the 108th Precinct.

- murder;
- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm (2 counts).
The investigation remains ongoing.
