PopCap Games has announced the launch of its popular word game Bookworm for the iPhone and Ipod touch from Apple’s for a mere $4.99. Word aficionado will be happy to know that they can play Bookworm in between work or while waiting for the bus in short bursts of a few minutes with infinite replayability. It has unlimited levels to keep you rising up the ranks in the Hall of Fame and will track longest words you made so that you can compare your score with others.
So there I am shaking my iPhone (or if you have an iPod touch) while waiting for the subway to re-scramble my letters. Trying to boost my spirits I turn my phone sideways for a quick, detailed view of my word history and bonus bookshelf status. I am building my stats and showing off all the best words I’ve spelled.
