The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photo who resides within the confines of the 20th Precinct in Manhattan.

Manhattan, NY 10023
It has been reported to police that Haim Sella was last seen on Wednesday, December 25, 2019, at his residence, at approximately 0745 hours.
He is described as an 86-year-old male, White, approximately 5’8″, approximately 140 lbs.
He was last seen wearing black hat, black jacket, and black pants.
