01. 2008 Arizona Cardinals season

The expectations were not very high for the Arizona Cardinals in the 2008 season. They ended the regular season with a 9-7 record, which was just enough to win them the NFC West.

But then came their series of amazing performances in the playoffs- they outclassed Atlanta Falcons, then they downed the number 2 seeded Carolina Panthers before claiming an exceptional victory against the Philadelphia Eagles to get to the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history.

However, they were not so sure when their team was trailing 20-7 at the start of the fourth quarter.
Even in that situation, the team fought bravely and scored 16 consecutive points to lead the game with only 2:37 remaining. But then came the part that resulted in heartbreak for all the Cardinals fans. In short, they lost by the score 27-23.

02. Super Bowl XXV (Buffalo Bills vs New York Giants)

Super Bowl XXV was one of the most memorable moments in the history of the competition. It was also one of the closest Super Bowl games as its result was decided by one point in the end. The game swung wildly but ultimately it was the Giants who emerged victorious.

The Bills started strong and took a 12-3 lead early in the game. But the Giants made a huge comeback and managed to get the score 17-12. The Bills rallied back to take control of the game by 19-17. Yet Bahr kicked his second field goal to give NY a 20-19 lead. Even then, the Bills had a brilliant opportunity to win, but Scott Norwood missed his field goal attempt and hence the Giants won the game.

03. Super Bowl XLIX (Seattle Seahawks vs New England Patriots)

You cannot get a better Super Bowl than Super Bowl XLIX. This game saw an amazing comeback with some great individual performances to make it a memorable experience for all the spectators.

The Seattle Seahawks were looking to win back to back Super Bowls while the New England Patriots were after their first Super Bowl since the 2004 season. When the Seahawks grabbed a 10-point lead into the fourth quarter, it looked the Patriots had no way back in the game.

However, Tom Brady’s team did not give up and incredibly managed to secure 14 fourth-quarter points. Ultimately, they won the game, even though Seattle threatened to score in the final moments.
