Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 41-year-old male individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, was arrested and charged in connection with a sexual abuse pattern in transit, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct / Transit District 11 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

Incident 1: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 1520 hours, inside of the 167th Street Station (4 line), an unidentified male approached Victim #1, a 16-year-old female, grabbed her groin over her clothes and fled.

The victim, who was not injured, fled topside for safety.

Incident 2: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 1545 hours, inside of the 167th Street Station (4 line), an unidentified male approached Victim #2, a 16-year-old female, grabbed her groin over her clothes and fled.

The victim, who was not injured, fled topside for safety.

Incident 3: It was reported to police that on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at 16500 hours, inside of the 167th Street Station (4 line), an unidentified male approached Victim #3, a 15-year-old female, touched her thigh and fled.

The victim, who was not injured, fled topside for safety.

The investigation remains ongoing.
