On Tuesday, December 06, 2022, at approximately 0504 hours, police responded to a call of an assault at the corner of 183rd Street and University Avenue, within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 28-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a stab wound to the torso.
EMS responded to the scene and transported the male to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
