Fire Breaks Out In Concourse Village

Fire officials are investigating a blaze that broke out in a high-rise building in Concourse Village Saturday morning.

The fire started inside the 23-story apartment building on Park Avenue just after 7:00 a.m. Investigators say it was contained to one apartment on the 16^th floor.

One person was seriously injured and taken to Jacobi Medical Center.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
