On Tuesday, December 07, 2021,at 1500hrs, the following two 35- and 33-year-old male off-duty New York City employees were arrested within the confines of the 19th Precinct in Manhattan as follows.

The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
