On Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 2329 hours, the following 30-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 45^th Precinct in the Bronx.

Arrested:

Justin Fotis
FDNY EMT

Charges:

operating a motor vehicle with .08% of alcohol;
driving while ability impaired;
refusal to take a breathalyzer test.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
